A few quick questions so we can pinpoint what’s happening:
1) Where are you trying to open chat from (in-app, dashboard, or sendspark.com)?
2) What browser and version are you using, and are you on desktop or mobile?
3) Does it happen in an incognito or private window as well?
4) Are you using any ad blockers, privacy extensions, or strict tracking settings that might block the chat widget?
5) What exactly do you see when it fails to load (for example, only the Help search, a blank panel, or a loading spinner)?
If you can, please share:
- A screenshot or short screen recording of what you’re seeing
- The page URL where you’re attempting to open chat
- The approximate time it happened and your timezone
In the meantime, a couple quick things to try:
- Hard refresh the page
- Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox) or incognito mode
